In 2020, Jenel had some time to reflect on where her career was headed. As she sat on her couch watching the iHeart Living Room Concert for America, she began to contemplate how she could do her part in giving back. The concert to help COVID-19 relief raised millions of dollars for the First Responders Children’s Foundation and Feeding America. Jenel moved to get up from the couch and her blanket fell to the floor. That’s when it hit her – Who doesn’t love a good blanket? They’re cozy, they make a great gift, they can be customized and most importantly, there are many people in need of keeping warm. BOOM, WearHope was born.
